      The Association for the Preservation of Tennessee Antiquities (APTA) is the oldest statewide nonprofit historic preservation organization in the State of Tennessee. We maintain and preserve 16 historic sites from Memphis to Morristown.      To be eligible for advertisement on our Properties for Sale page, a property must have been built before 1945.

     Please include the following information in your description - Name of property (if applicable), location of property, date of property, style of house, price, contact name, contact phone number, website address (if applicable).

     Photographs of the property may be black or white or color. They should be a current picture. Digital photos must be at least 300 dpi quality and saved as a . JPG. Unscanned photos can be sent to APTA, 110 Leake Ave., Nashville, TN 37205.
